Azure Voyages crafts one-of-a-kind luxury journeys - but their old website didn’t reflect the premium experiences they sold. An outdated interface and clunky booking flow meant they were losing high-end clients before conversations even began.
Summary
Analytics showed that mobile visitors were bouncing at a worrying rate and that most never reached the inquiry form. The site failed to convey the exclusivity that set Azure Voyages apart.
Challenge
RawGrey Studios was brought in to design a digital flagship experience that matched Azure’s white-glove itineraries.
How We Did It:
We conducted a site audit and competitor review, then created mood-boards and wireframes focused on large, immersive visuals and editorial-style typography. A dedicated art direction team managed a destination shoot to create stunning imagery. We built a custom CMS that let Azure’s team update travel packages easily, and optimised the site for blazing-fast mobile performance worldwide.
Solutions
Within three months of relaunch, bounce rates dropped by half while qualified booking inquiries rose 40% - especially on mobile. The new website went on to win a regional luxury travel design award, giving Azure Voyages fresh credibility among discerning travellers.
