SyncUp is an agile project management tool for mid-sized agencies. The product was robust - but the funnel from free trial to paid plan was weak. They needed more qualified traffic, better onboarding, and sticky user engagement.

Summary

SyncUp had decent trial sign-ups but poor conversion to paid - only 6%. Their old landing pages were text-heavy, lacked social proof, and onboarding emails felt generic.
