UrbanHaus is a boutique design studio known for understated luxury homes and small commercial spaces in Delhi NCR. While their work spoke for itself offline, online they struggled: an outdated website, pixelated images, and no clear pipeline to convert curious browsers into booked consultations.

Summary

UrbanHaus relied solely on word-of-mouth and offline referrals. Their old website was a single-page grid with no compelling narrative or proof of credibility. Their project images were beautiful - but disorganised.
Potential high-budget clients needed more than visuals; they needed to trust that UrbanHaus could handle large-scale, time-bound renovations with polish.

Challenge

RawGrey Studios took on a full digital portfolio transformation:

1. Refreshed the visual identity: modernised the word-mark, introduced a signature earthy neutral palette with deep charcoal accents to mirror their material choices.
2. Designed a spacious, editorial-style website: each project showcased with full-screen imagery, client testimonials, mood boards, and before-after sliders.
3. Integrated lead generation touch-points: CTA banners for free design consults, embedded calendar bookings, and downloadable project brochures.
4. Wrote persuasive case study copy: stories that explain the ‘why’ behind every design - from material sourcing to layout choices.

How We Did It?

Over 8 weeks:

1. Coordinated new photoshoots with professional level in-house photographers for 5 hero projects.
2. Created mood board templates so the UrbanHaus team can update future projects.
3. Wrote SEO-optimised blog pieces - “How to Pick Sustainable Surfaces”, “Small Space Luxury”.
4. Designed an email nurture sequence for site visitors downloading the free brochure - turning browsers into warm leads.
