We reimagined WellTrack’s user experience with a clean, clear focus on guiding new users step by step.
How We Did It:
We began with one-on-one interviews and diary studies with both active and churned users to identify friction points. Based on these insights, we mapped a simpler information architecture and designed a milestone-driven onboarding flow that made early wins obvious. We prototyped and tested new screens iteratively with small user groups, then handed final designs to WellTrack’s developers with detailed specs for a smooth handoff.
Solutions
Daily active users rose by 60% within eight weeks of launch. Session times increased by 35% as users explored more features, while support queries about confusing workflows dropped by 75%. The redesign turned WellTrack’s promise of simple wellness into reality - and gave them the numbers they needed to confidently pitch investors.
